Underground parking for 300 cars with service facilities and landscape design for new street level. The site is located directly underneath a street within the historic 1. district of Vienna. The complex parameters require precise structural and construction planning especially in regards to logistics and traffic. With the renewal of the street the landscape design transforms the street level into an urban plaza with public seating, info-stands, lighting and multi-media-docks.
