The centrally located, unused property is to be developed into the new, mix-use city center. Embedded into the modulated landscape are diverse functions such as: retail space, restaurants, cafes/bars, sports and leisure areas, aquatic center with wellness and an outdoor ice-skating rink. An international 5-Star, congress hotel with residences is located at the north-east entry.
