Geriatric Care-Center: Baumgarten
Healthcare complex for stationary geriatric patients with 6 stations and additional assisted living apartments. A massive new volume is integrated into an existing historical complex, 50% of the original structures will remain. The landscape is designed as a multifunctional “carpet” for internal and external use. It organizes and connects various different functions housed in separate buildings and will function as area for communication and generational exchange.
