Rosette Anday Straße
Residential development on a south-sloping plot. The design is a contemporary interpretation of the typical house form in Lower Austria province. The metal “envelope” shrinks the scale of the building and reflects the dramatic skies. Two parallel volumes are set perpendicular to the slope which enables a higher building density without increased height. All units have generous private gardens or terraces. The dual-core structural system allows for flexible floor plans and cost-efficient construction.
