Masterplan: Brewery Liesing

Mix-use redevelopment of former site of a large beer brewing company. The site is located in the center of the district Liesing. The design aims to create a new multifunctional central heart which is well integrated into the surrounding circulation and zoning. Keeping and expanding the green areas while creating sufficient areas for new functions is a key design parameter. Functions include: Residential, office, retail, educational- and cultural facilities, gastronomy.
