Public housing development Leberberg. Phase 1 of the residential development of the Leberberg district quarter funded by the Department of Public housing. The slender volumes follow the outline of the site creating a clear interior-exterior situation. All units are orientated inwards to the internal park and green areas and are protected from traffic noise. Clear and flexible floorplans take into account the “generational” life-cycle as well as handicapped needs and can be easily adapted accordingly.
