Awarded with wienwood15 prize.
To support the development of ecological construction methods and materials the City of Vienna initialized a competition for a pilot project for the first multi-level, pre-fabricated timber residential complex in Vienna. The site has two different zones laws which is reflected in the design and allows for a high-density residential complex which has generous public spaces and green zones.
