The former warehouse site will be re-zoned and re-densified to enable a transformation into a contemporary, mix-use residential complex with ca. 120 units. The design allows for the expansion and upgrade of the social and commercial infrastructure with a new kindergarden and the integration of commercial zones. The large internal green area is connected to the surrounding urban plazas and parks to enable a smooth integration into the surrounding urban context.
